Meet Linda

Linda Marie Fisher is the Founder and CEO of Cardinal Insurance Group and has been helping people navigate insurance decisions since she entered the industry in 1988. When starting her own agency in 2004, she did so with a clear belief that insurance should never feel transactional, confusing, or rushed. Instead, it should feel personal, thoughtful, and centered on genuinely taking care of people. That philosophy continues to shape the culture, growth, and reputation of Cardinal Insurance Group today.

A lifelong volunteer and passionate advocate for her community, Linda brings a people first mindset to everything she does. She believes trust is earned through transparency, education, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

Linda is a respected industry speaker and educator and holds multiple professional designations including AAI, CIC, CPRIA, CPRM, LIC, LUTCF, and TQA. In 2022, she was honored nationally as Insurance Agency Collaborator of the Year and named an Elite Woman of Insurance, by Insurance Business America. While she is grateful for the recognition, Linda will be the first to tell you that the real reward is long term client relationships built on trust and results.

When she is not working directly with clients, Linda is deeply committed to mentoring and leading the next generation of Cardinal agents. She believes strong agencies are built by developing strong people and she takes that responsibility seriously. As a member of an elite mastermind group of agency owners, Linda continually challenges herself to learn, grow, and stay ahead in an ever-changing industry.

Outside of work, Linda enjoys traveling for both business and leisure and is always planning her next adventure. Whether she is mentoring her team, speaking to industry peers, or helping a client feel confident in their coverage, Linda brings experience, heart, and just the right amount of humor to everything she does. She is a proud leader of an exceptional team, fueled by vanilla chai and a deep belief in taking care of people.
