Meet Patrick

Patrick puts the Service in Customer Service Representative. He is a Grand Traverse County native with over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, which translates well into taking care of our clients. Fueled by coffee and humor, Patrick is passionate about helping his neighbors navigate their policies, understand their coverage, and feel supported through the claims process.

Patrick is a Strategy Game Master and D & D Adventurer. He is also a History Buff, expanding his mind through diving into the past.
