I first met the owner, Linda Fisher, during a meeting about the coverage for the business I was managing. I knew immediately that she knew what she was talking about. We ended up switching as a business because she saved us a lot of money, offered us coverage we didn’t know we needed, and thoroughly explained everything along the way. Linda’s professionalism and expertise are top-notch. I immediately knew I would switch my personal insurance, which I did. I have worked with Wendy and Leslie, who are both amazing to work with. The service you get at Cardinal is unlike what I have experienced in the past. They are on it!! Not only are they knowledgeable and professional, but they hit it out of the park with their AMAZING customer service. I have come to get to know Leslie through the dealings with my insurance, and she is a wonderful human being. She is a joy to speak with every single time. When I was getting ready to move out of state, I mentioned I would be sad to leave, but oh no, Linda jumped on getting licensed in the state I was moving to!!! I’m a very happy and very satisfied customer. Lastly, but very important to me, the team at Cardinal gives back to their community. They give a lot. I really can’t think of one area that they don’t super exceed my expectations. Thank you all so much!
