Melissa Williams

Melissa has worked in many aspects of the insurance industry since 2017, including Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, Agency Licensing and as a Marketing Manager. Melissa’s diverse background provides her a broad knowledge of the insurance industry. In addition to being a licensed P&C agent, Melissa worked to earn her CISR Elite designation, taking all 9 classes in 3 years.

Melissa enjoys working with her clients, both in writing new business, and servicing existing policies. However, Melissa’s favorite part of her job is connecting with her clients and helping to educate them on their coverage.

Outside of the office Melissa loves going to concerts, spending time with her friends and family on the water, golf course or enjoying one of the many local breweries in Northern Michigan.
